Trip Tours have developed a high-level management section of expertise and would like to offer a total service package to our clients. The company is a newly established unit within the broader Trip Travel Company. We claim to be a focused group of fairly young people who are passionate about Namibia and her future. On an almost daily basis, we ask ourselves what we can do to make this country a better place to live and work in.

Thus, our latest offering - local event management combined with a flair of excellence - “Olupale Conferencing and Event Management”. Olupale is an indigenous Namibian word from the Oshiwambo language which means "a place where the people meet". Traditionally, Olupale is also the place where the major discussions are held and the important decisions are taken.

ON receiving a request for the staging of any event determined by the budget and other factors, we will forward a written proposal and presentation to our client to include the following:

- a program Drawup with the particular requirements

- Arrange with the client FOR the theme of the event

- Arrange for guest speakers, sport s personalities and entertainers

- Decide on conference venue and speciality services needed

- Fine tune the programme, menus, room drops, administration and room lists

- Provide a full time person during the conference to
co-ordinate the conference

- After the event organize a follow-up, evaluation and effectiveness of the event

- Have a final meeting to wrap up the event

- arrange media coverage for event
