Day 1:Wednesday

Enjoy a game drive into Chobe National Park in the morning and an optional afternoon boat cruise on the Chobe
River or alternatively enjoy an afternoon at leisure.
Dinner & Breakfast included Kasane – preferably Chobe Safari Lodge,
Botswana

CHOBE SAFARI LODGE
The Lodge consists of 81 rooms/units. It borders the Chobe National Park in Botswana, famous for its large
buffalo and elephant herds. In addition to a variety of predators, there is an abundance of wild game and bird life
which decorate the beautiful waterways of the Chobe River. The Lodge was renovated in 2008 and now boasts a
new dining, swimming pool and bar area. It offers river boat cruises, fishing trips, game drives.

Day 2:Thursday

After breakfast we leave for Vic Falls where we arrive around lunch time. Afternoon visit to the famous Victoria
Falls. Return to the lodge for a sun downer (own account) followed by dinner. 2

A’ZAMBEZI RIVER LODGE
Located in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, 25km from the airport, nestling on the banks of the mighty Zambezi river
within the periphery of the Zambezi National Park. The imaginative architecture with its sweeping curve of grass
thatch blends well with the lash green lawns. A’ Zambezi is the perfect retreat to relax and unwind in the quiet
ambience of the African wild life and nature, whilst enjoying renowned services. The A’ Zambezi is the only hotel
with a river frontage and jetty site in Victoria Falls.

Day 3: Friday

Explore Vic Falls (unguided) and enjoy some of the many optional activities (for own account): African art and
culture is among the most fascinating and a vast collection can be viewed and purchased here or join a scenic
flight, Elephant Back trails, Canoeing and many more. In the afternoon meet your guide for a sunset cruise on the
mighty Zambezi River and enjoy dinner at the lodge.
Dinner & Breakfast included Vic Falls – preferably A’ Zambezi River Lodge,
Zimbabwe.

Day 4 : Saturday

Travel via Kasane and Nata to Gweta through true African savannah where Elephant and cattle have right of
way. Arrive at Gweta in the late afternoon to join a guided Baobab bushwalk.

PLANET BAOBAB
When you see a gigantic anteater next to the road between Nata and Maun, you have reached the Baobab
capital of the world and home to the Kalahari Surf club, Planet Baobab. At Planet Baobab you can sleep in
traditionally styled Bakalanga huts with en-suite showers. Gather around the communal campfire in the lelwapa
whilst enjoying a drink. The funkiest bar and the coolest pool in the Kalahari await your pleasure

Day 5:Sunday

Depart Gweta and drive to your overnight lodge situated 19km’s from Maun on the banks of the Thamalakane
River. Upon arrival at the lodge the remainder of the afternoon will be at leisure.

THAMALAKANE LODGE
Thamalakane River Lodge is placed on the banks of the Thamalakane River, just 19kms from Maun, and en
route to the famous Moremi Game Reserve. The luxury stone and thatch cottages are nestled in the shade of
riverine trees. Twin and doubles are available with each having a river view. You can take a plunge or just relax
by the pool and enjoy a guided walk on our bird trail in the company of a trained guide. The widely acclaimed
restaurant serves ala carte meals from an ever changing menu. The restaurant setting is superb with views of the
river with the option of a character boma evening. 3.

Day 6:Monday

Enjoy a full day game drive into the Moremi Game Reserve, the world’s biggest inland delta, a mix of wetland and
desert. Depending on the seasonal flooding, the Okavango Delta hosts a wide variety of game and birds such as
buffalo, hippo, rhino and predators.

Lunch pack, Dinner & Breakfast included Okavango Delta – preferably Thamalakane Lodge, Bostwana.

Day 7:Teusday

Today we travel back to Namibia through the Kalahari. Lunch stop en-route at Ghanzi (own account). Arrival at
the guest farm will be in the late afternoon.

Namibia

KALAHARI BUSH BREAKS
The 3 leveled thatch complex and 2 Chalets can accommodate up to 16 people. There are 8 en-suite bedrooms.
The partly covered lapa can be referred to as the “heart’ of the guest house with kitchen, bar and a fire place.

Day 8 Wednesday

After a late breakfast we depart for Windhoek. Tour ends with a drop off at the International Airport or at any
Windhoek establishment around lunch time.
