Day 1:Friday

Depart for Okahandja where we visit a local handicraft market. Continue via Otjiwarongo towards Namibia’s far
north. The group may be joined at the overnight stop by passengers of the Etosha Tour. Afternoon at leisure.
Dinner & Breakfast included Otavi area - preferably Khorab Lodge

KHORAB LODGE
The Lodge is situated 3 km south of Otavi on the B1. As a family run lodge it offers guests personal service in a
relaxed atmosphere. Superb a la carte meals of ostrich, local products and vegetarian dishes are served &
complimented with a wide selection of South African wines. All 10 comfortable thatched bungalows have en-suite
facilities. Enjoy warm Namibian hospitality in a typical African environment.

Day 2:Saturday

Visit Hoba Meteorite. Pass the veterinary control fence and enter rural Africa. Arrive at your lodge in the
afternoon. Relax before you join a sunset cruise on the Kavango.

Dinner & Breakfast included (O)Kavango area - preferably Mahangu Safari
Lodge 2

MAHANGU SAFARI LODGE
The Mahangu Safari Lodge is situated next to the Mahango Game Park and comfortably styled. The pool area
and sunset deck offer a view over the river. 7 twin bungalows and 4 luxurious Safari Tents en-suite. Boat trips on
the (O)Kavango River and game drives to the Mahango Game Park are only a few of the activities offered.

Day 3: Sunday

Undertake a game drive along the floodplains of Mahango Game Park. See Popa Falls and enjoy a packed lunch
before continuing to Mudumu National Park. Boat cruise around sunset near your lodge on the Kwando River.
Lunch, Dinner & Breakfast included Kwando area - preferably Namushaha Lodge

NAMUSHASHA LODGE
The Lodge is situated on the banks of the Kwando River near the Mudumu National Park, bordering Botswana.
Accommodation in 23 rooms en-suite. A restaurant, a bar and a swimming pool are also available. The Lodge
offers excursions by boat for game viewing, angling; horse-riding, short hiking trails. The area is well known for
the wild life and the variety of bird life.

Day 4 : Monday

Join a cultural tour at the Living Museum of the Mafwe people. Return to the Lodge for Lunch. Enjoy a boat cruise
on the Kwando River in the afternoon. The area is well known for its variety of bird life.

Day 5:Teusday

Drive to Katima Mulilo on the banks of the mighty Zambezi River. Travel into Botswana and further to the Chobe
– a River bordering the countries Botswana and Namibia. Enjoy a sunset cruise on the Chobe where you may
view large elephant and buffalo herds.
Dinner & Breakfast included Kasane preferably Chobe Safari Lodge, Botswana

CHOBE SAFARI LODGE
The Lodge consists of 81 rooms/units. It borders the Chobe National Park in Botswana, famous for its large
buffalo and elephant herds. In addition to a variety of predators, there is an abundance of wild game and bird life
which decorate the beautiful waterways of the Chobe River. The Lodge was renovated in 2008 and now boasts a
new dining, swimming pool and bar area. It offers river boat cruises, fishing trips, game drives 3

Day 6:Wednesday

After breakfast it is time to say farewell. Depart for Kasane, Livingstone or Victoria Falls. Tour ends on arrival at
your respective hotel/airport.

· Due to the possibility of combining tour modules, passenger numbers and tour guides may vary in a tour.
· Air-conditioned vehicles are used, however, bear in mind that Namibia is predominately desert terrain. Expect dusty roads and high temperatures.
· Pre- and post nights in Windhoek for most tours required due to early departure on first tour day and late arrival on last tour day.
· Pick-up and drop off at any central Windhoek Hotel or Guest House included.
· Excluded: personal expenses and drinks, all flights, personal insurance, Visa Fees and Airport Tax in
