Tour Programme

Day 1 – Windhoek

Arrive in Namibia, collect your camping-equipped 4x4 and drive to your guesthouse in Windhoek.

Overnight: Capbon Guesthouse

Days 2–3 – Sesriem and Sossusvlei

Head into the Namib Desert for two nights, with time to explore Sossusvlei and its dunes.

Overnight: Desert Camp

Days 4–5 – Swakopmund

Drive via Walvis Bay, with an optional stop at the lagoon and salt pans, before enjoying time in Swakopmund.

Overnight: Hotel Pension à la Mer

Days 6–8 – Twyfelfontein

Travel north via Henties Bay and Uis, with a stop at the Zeila shipwreck, to experience Damaraland.

Overnight: Madisa Camp

Days 9–11 – Etosha South

Spend three nights camping near Etosha, including time for game drives and wildlife viewing.

Overnight: Etosha Safari Campsite

Day 12 – Windhoek

Return to Windhoek for your final night.

Overnight: Capbon Guesthouse

Day 13 – Departure

Return your vehicle and conclude the self-drive journey.

Overnight: End of tour

I was in the excellent care of Johnny Shiputa from pick up in Windhoek airport. The journey to Swakopmund. The catamaran cruise under the excellent care of Crystal and the Sandwich Harbour tour under the care of Winton. Comfortable, professional and friendly accommodation in Pension à la Mer. Wonderful dinners in Ankerplatz and the Jetty. Day 2 a wonderful tour of Spitzkoppe. Thank you Christine and Johnny for a wonderful experience. I will be back.
