Days 1–2 – Fish River Canyon

Begin your camping journey in southern Namibia, surrounded by dramatic canyon scenery.

Overnight: Canyon Roadhouse Campsite

Days 3–4 – Sesriem

Continue towards the Namib Desert and explore the dunes around Sossusvlei.

Overnight: Sossus Oasis Campsite

Days 5–8 – Swakopmund

Spend four nights enjoying Namibia’s Atlantic coast and optional excursions.

Overnight: Alte Brücke Resort

Days 9–11 – Brandberg

Explore the rugged Brandberg area with its desert landscapes and ancient rock art.

Overnight: Brandberg White Lady Camping

Days 12–14 – Etosha South

Spend three nights near Etosha National Park with opportunities for game viewing.

Overnight: Etosha Safari Campsite

Days 15–16 – Onguma

Explore the eastern Etosha area from a campsite in Onguma Nature Reserve.

Overnight: Onguma Leadwood Campsite

Days 17–20 – Rundu

Travel to the greener Kavango region and enjoy the riverside setting near Rundu.

Overnight: Hakusembe Campsite

Day 21 – Grootfontein

Continue south towards Grootfontein and enjoy a night at a rustic rest camp.

Overnight: Roy’s Rest Camp

Final two nights – Windhoek and Keetmanshoop

The original accommodation schedule includes one night at Urban Camp and one night at Maritz Country Lodge Camping; exact day labels should be confirmed when booking.

I was in the excellent care of Johnny Shiputa from pick up in Windhoek airport. The journey to Swakopmund. The catamaran cruise under the excellent care of Crystal and the Sandwich Harbour tour under the care of Winton. Comfortable, professional and friendly accommodation in Pension à la Mer. Wonderful dinners in Ankerplatz and the Jetty. Day 2 a wonderful tour of Spitzkoppe. Thank you Christine and Johnny for a wonderful experience. I will be back.
